Job Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement
· Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels professionally and efficiently.
· Provide accurate information and solutions for client queries regarding voucher sales and redemptions.
2. Voucher Sales and Stock Management
· Process voucher sales orders, coordinate redemptions, and manage collections.
· Oversee voucher stock management, ensuring accurate tracking and timely restocking.
· Print and prepare materials, including paper bags, envelopes, and other necessary items.
3. Delivery Coordination
· Liaise with courier vendors to arrange and schedule deliveries efficiently.
· Ensure all delivery requirements are met and address any issues promptly.
· Track and document delivery statuses to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Administrative Support
· Perform administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and data entry.
· Update and maintain sales reports, presentations, and relevant documents regularly.
· Ensure proper organization and accessibility of records and files.
5. Project Assistance
· Support and assist the Corporate Sales Manager in planning and executing corporate projects and initiatives.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
6. Reporting and Analysis
· Compile and update reports, presentations, and analytics for sales performance reviews.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide insights to the team.
Job Requirements
· Prior experience in B2B sales experience in related industries will be advantageous.
· No experience or fresh out of school are also welcome
· Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
· Excellent communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills
· Adaptable to change and comfortable to thrive in fast pace of work
· Self-motivated and drive towards achieving higher sales target
· Proficient in MS Office Applications and some photoshop & design skills
· Available to commence within short notice would be preferred
