Responsibilities
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
· Developing strategic account plans for key clients to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth
· Leading sales efforts with key clients, including presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
· Conducting thorough needs assessments and understanding the business challenges and goals of key clients
· Coordinating with internal teams such as product solution, product development, and sales support to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to key clients
· Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities within existing key accounts
· Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the client relationship
· Achieving sales targets and revenue growth for assigned key accounts
· Monitoring account performance and adjust strategies to meet goals
· Leading negotiations and contract renewals with key clients
· Providing regular reports on sales activities, clients feedback, and market insights to management
· Continuously seeking ways to enhance client relationship and improve sales processes
Requirements
· Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field is often required
· Experience in managing key accounts will be advantageous
· Proficient in English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
