We are seeking a strong UX Designer in Singapore to join and support our bankinng client's team.

Responsibilities

• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analyst and Stakeholders.
• Conduct UX/UI reviews and manage necessary changes with the development team.
• Present and justify your design solutions based on user research with a clear understanding on the overall design roadmap, as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. colour theory, information hierarchy, etc.)
• Educate, plan, support and conduct user research/workshops with Business Analyst to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from users.
• Create, improve and use hi-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
• Create clean and structured design files for better organisation.
• Manage and improve design components within Design System.
• Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
• Being able to assist in creating/improving communication collaterals occasionally.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of design philosophy and user experience research and design.
• A good communicator and efficient team player.
• Excellent time management skills
• Good proficiency in wireframing/prototyping tools like Sketch and Figma
• Good proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

• Salary: $2,800 - $3,500 + Commission
• Gross Salary: $5k - $7k

Job description:

• Provide front line counter services such as patient registration and provide information on clinic services and products.
• Assist Medical Doctors during procedures.
• Advise clients on premium medical aesthetic treatments and beauty products.
• Sell and promote treatments and products to clients based on their needs.
• Build repeat clientele.
• Actively promote clinic services
• Liaising with external partners and vendors

• Coordinate daily shipments and liaise with Freight Forwarders for bookings, ensuring all shipping documents are complete and accurate.
