• Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in physical commodity trading and risk management
• Good understanding of VAR methodologies and risk measurement
• Experience of programming/database languages in Python / VBA / SQL / R
• Good understanding of Product Control and Risk Reporting
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.

Min 8-10 years’ experience in Mechanical (ACMV) services.

Job scope

Preparation and submission of Mechanical tenders, including reviewing technical specifications, cost estimates and project timelines.

Taking charge on Mechanical QS related matters and responsible from tender to pre-contract and post contract administration duties.

Prepare tender clarifications, liaise with consultant, attend site visit and tender briefings/meetings.

Responsible for interpretation of specifications, compliances, review of tender drawings for any discrepancies and any other relevant document.

Identify potential risks and challenges associated with tender submissions and develop mitigation strategies.

Plan and execute with tender team to achieve KPI.

Involve in project write up such as understanding scope of work, manpower histogram, programs and project schedule using Microsoft Project software.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the decision-making process during tender evaluations.

Hotel Maintenance

Location: Bugis

Working days : 6 days ; 8 hours/day

Responsibilities & Duties :

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical.
• Ensure guest rooms are well-maintained, including fixing plumbing, electrical, and furniture issues.
