Newgen seeks a motivated, high-energy sales professional to join our fast-paced, high-growth sales team in Singapore. The individual will be responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets by independently managing end-to-end sales process to acquire new business from the assigned accounts/market segment. Prior experience of selling enterprise software solutions to the Singapore Public Sector and Government-Linked Companies (GLCs) is a must. The role also requires working with Newgen’s network of global system integrators and Consulting companies who provide a potent sales channel for the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
· B.Tech and MBA is a must.
· Knowledge of solutions for Publics sector and Government-Linked Companies (GLCs) with focus on BPM, ECM, Case Management, low-code, hyper-automation.
· Experience of 4 to 7 years selling enterprise software solutions and acquiring new logos. Experience of selling LowCode and BPM solutions is a must.
· Experience of selling to large Enterprises is preferred.
· Ability to build consultative relationships with Senior decision makers at prospects and partners by engaging in regular face-to-face customer interactions. Must be able to “speak the language” of target market decision makers.
· Ability to work collaboratively across various internal departments in different geographies and a multicultural environment.
· Experience of executing lead generation strategies in liaison with other internal teams for demand generation while at the same time be self sufficient in generating market traction
· Ability to understand sales targets, quarter on quarter achievement and forecast future sales opportunities while devising winning sales strategies for the same.
Responsibilities:
· Create detailed, strategic target account plans, including partner/ alliance strategy to establish trusted advisor relationships with prospects, partners and clients to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business
· Think and research strategically about their client’s business to create and propose compelling solutions using Newgen product and services.
· Leverage Newgen resources to successfully identify and drive sales campaigns.
· Effectively manage a complex sales cycle to a successful close and win business
· Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets on quarterly basis by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities in new logos from Enterprise vertical. Oversee the Billing/ Contracting/ Collection of Payment from the customer as per the agreed terms and timeline (in liaison with internal teams at Newgen)
