Minimum Education Requirement:

Customer Service

• Attend to all customers' enquiries / issues as follows: Contracts and agreements, Quotation/pricing negotiations, Coordination of new models and design issues, Prototype sample order fulfillment, Mass production order fulfillment, Schedule change management (including stock/disposal management), Delivery and quality issues, Customer complaints, Customer specifications/requirements & Customer payments and credibility

Marketing & Sales Plan / Forecast

• Analyse customer demand and provide sales forecasts to superiors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Polymer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or trading roles.
• Proven B2B sales experience in handling electronics/semiconductor materials (e.g., adhesives, chemical products used in semiconductor front-back processes), is highly desirable.
• Highly self-motivated, independent, and resourceful individual.
• Strong team player with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel overseas frequently for customer visits and business meetings.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) is preferred for communication with Japan HQ, but not mandatory.

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance, repair, and installation tasks to ensure our clients' properties are well-maintained and functional. This role requires a diverse skill set, including, electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs and installations.
• Fix and maintain appliances, fixtures, and equipment as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

• Min 2-3 year relevant experience in related field
• NITEC in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related
