• Listen to upstream changes, perform impact analysis and mitigate-modify-implement.
• Do impact analysis, inform and distribute to downstream users and applications.
• Analyze systems operations data (SLAs, customer satisfaction, delivery quality, team efficiency etc.) to identify actionable trends for continual improvements.
• Data, application, and system checking and testing (eg UAT), CICD and go-live.

• At least 4-5 years of relevant SAP QM and PP, authorization experience in manufacturing environment (Chemical industry preferred) and SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4 HANA.
• Have strong integration working experience and knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules.
• Preferable SAP certification in QM/PP module and basis knowledge in SAP report development (ABAP) and form development.
• Must have at least two full life-cycle SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 and / or SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live) or greenfield implementation
• Strong understanding of QM and PP functionalities and able to apply them to business issues and have hands-on experience in configuring them. Should have good integration experience in SD/MM/PP. Knowledge of integration between IBP, BW and ECC will have advantage
• Ability to analyse problems and provide clear recommendations.
• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload with little to no supervision.

Day-to-Day Activities for Consultant

•Support with HR transformation projects including HR business process design and HR strategy initiatives

•Support with the Change Management workstream for large HRIS implementations from including developing Change Strategies and managing communications or delivering workshops for users

•Develop engaging communications and multimedia content including videos and infographics

•Develop presentations for our clients that convey the results in a succinct and clear manner

•Build and manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism

•Support in Business Development activities including development of pitch decks and presentation to senior client stakeholders

Ideal Profile and Required Competencies:

•At least 2 to 4 years of experience in HR consulting or Change Management for HR system implementation projects.
