About the Job:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Content Creator to join the SaladStop! marketing team. This dynamic role involves driving our brand narrative, enhancing our social media presence, and engaging with our audiences to achieve strategic goals. The ideal candidate will excel in content creation, social media management, and collaboration, ensuring our digital platforms reflect the energy and values of SaladStop!.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute innovative content strategies aligned with the brand’s marketing objectives to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
• Plan and implement social media campaigns that maximize reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
2. Content Creation and Management:
• Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Design and edit visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
• Develop and oversee user-generated content (UGC) initiatives to foster authentic connections with our community.
3. Video Editing and Design:
• Produce compelling short-form videos for social media using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone and audience preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to craft video content optimized for various platforms.
4. Community and Influencer Management:
• Identify and nurture relationships with influencers who align with SaladStop!’s mission and values to amplify our brand presence.
• Engage actively with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster brand loyalty.
5. Campaign Optimization and Analytics:
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends and incorporate innovative tactics to enhance the brand’s competitive edge.
6. Sales and Conversion Focus:
• Collaborate with the sales team to align content strategies with initiatives that drive conversions, foot traffic, and loyalty.
• Support marketing campaigns such as promotions, new product launches, and limited-time offers through tailored content.
7. Leadership and Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
8. Creative
• Assist with Graphic Design projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and community engagement.
• Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut.
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines with a sense of urgency.
