We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Director to join our team at ZYER. The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to drive strategic financial initiatives and ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
2. Manage all aspects of financial planning, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
3. Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management to facilitate decision-making and drive business performance.
4. Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
6. Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring liquidity, optimizing working capital, and managing banking relationships.
7. Manage the accounting function, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
8. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
9. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the financial landscape.
10. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in relevant roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, with a proven track record of financial management and analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting software, and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
