RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, HR Systems and Analytics is responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of THKMC's Human Resource Information System (HRIS), services, and applications. This role actively identifies areas of opportunity to improve existing HRIS processes, functionality and user experience, and maximise technological capabilities to reduce manual processes. This role will also provide actionable insights through people analytics and execute strategies and governance on employee data management.

System and Project Management

• Manage the HRIS implementations, process improvements and system enhancements for core HR processes
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to analyse business needs and support the planning, development, testing, and implementation of relevant systems
• Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS maintenance (e.g. upgrades/releases, fixes, testing and troubleshooting of technical problems/deficiencies)
• Assist with the integration of HRIS data with other HR systems and databases, and ensure seamless data flow and accuracy across systems

• Collect and analyse data and statistics to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance operational excellence and business outcomes
• Create and manage customised reports and dashboards of HR metrics, workforce trends, and operational performance, for reporting to senior leadership
• Ensure analytical tools and reporting solutions deliver accurate and actionable data to end users
• Provide data analysis support in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards, where required

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Information System/Management or any related discipline
• Preferably minimum 4 years of professional experience in HRIS, prior experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) would be advantageous

As a Data Engineer, a brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and flow.
• Design, build, launch and maintain efficient and reliable large-scale batch and realtime data pipelines with data processing frameworks.

• Knowledge in database design and various databases (e.g. structured dbase(postgres, mysql etc and unstructured -mongodb  etc)
• Knowledge about system design, data structure and algorithms

• Comfortable coding in at least 2 scripting language (eg. Python/SQL)

We are seeking a versatile Product Owner to help us deliver Quantifeed’s Delivery and Client Success services,based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and project team to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
2. Identify key requirements from the client and own the delivery book of work for the client assigned, also coordinate the requirements for cross-functional teams backlog.
3. Manage day-to-day communication and be the point of contact for the client. Internal communication and coordinate the analysis, design, build, and test phases against the planned timeline and remove any impediments to working relevantly with the program managers and Head of Delivery.
4. team collaborations, identify risks and opportunities across single or multiple projects within the company aligning them to the delivery framework and Target operating model.
5. Manage change requirements, working through the change control process.

Requirements

1. 8 or more years of experience in technical BA, Technical Project manager, or client success Agile/scrum teams preferably in the Banking and financial services Industry. Agile project experience with facilitation skills for eliciting requirements and solutions and delivery across multiple teams, escalation, etc.
2. Ability and experience in engaging and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders on the business and technical side virtually and face-to-face as needed.
3. Familiarity with automation testing, alert management, and reporting tools. Experience with Reviewing scenarios with Gherkin syntax, TDD/BDD test approach, and knowledge of automation testing
4. Understanding of financial markets including wealth management products and trade flows (such as Funds, ETFs, and Stocks).
