Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts: including but not limited to dealer/distributor agreements, bank facility and security documents, procurement contracts, service agreements, tenancy agreements, and other commercial contracts.

3. Intellectual Property & Data Management

• Intellectual Property Protection: Safeguard the Group’s intellectual property rights, ensuring proper registration, maintenance, and defense of trademarks, patents, and other proprietary assets.
• Data Privacy: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (such as PDPA), developing policies to manage personal data in line with best practices and legal obligations.

4. Leadership & External Counsel Management

We provide help through calls on helpline, text messages through textline, and face-to-face counselling services for victims of gender-based online harms. Examples of the types of harms faced by our clients include online impersonation, cyberbullying, image-based sexual abuse, doxing and others We also collaborate with Pro-Bono SG (PBSG) to provide clients with pro bono legal assistance through regular legal clinics.
