Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field from a recognized institution with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in revenue management, distribution, reservations, front office, or analytics within the hotel industry
• Proficiency in key revenue management systems and tools such as Opera Cloud, revenue management system (IDeaS), TARS, Channel Manager like SiteMinder.
• Advanced skills in Excel (including complex formulas and data analysis), Word, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence tools are essential. Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of identifying trends, solving complex problems, and using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. Must be adept at data manipulation and interpretation to enhance revenue strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Group Consolidation

• Review the group's subsidiaries' accounts.
• Prepare and manage the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation of the group's financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) during the consolidation process.

2.Financial Reporting

• Deliver accurate and timely consolidated financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

3.Analysis & Business Partnering

• Perform analysis of financial results to identify trends, variances, and present recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to improve reporting processes and enhance the quality of data.
• Partner with the business team to understand and explain variances and assist in forecasting and budgeting.

4.Audit

• Provide necessary documentation and address queries in relation to the group accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in accounting, with at least 2 years of group consolidation experience
• Experience with ERP and online accounting software eg. Xero, QuickBooks, Netsuite or Zohobooks is preferred
• Prior experience in the Tech or Video Gaming Industry will be prioritised.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to tackle complex challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in gaming or technology-related environments.
