Job Objectives

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Key Responsibilities

· Setup new DevOps pipeline for new releases and modules by adhering to central DevOps framework.

· Lead analysis and resolution of DevOps automation related issues

· Work with Infrastructure team to provision servers & database

· Install required software and setup application environments from SIT till Production

· Support project team for any incidents relate to environments

· Coordinate with Infrastructure for regular patching of server, database and middleware components

· Execute and monitor end of day batch in SIT/UAT environments

· Setup and maintain Geneos monitoring for all environments from SIT till production

· Automate manual work by using authorized tools

Required Skills:

The candidate must have 7 to 10 years working experience in the following areas:-

· Experience in Middleware Administration (WebSphere/WebLogic/JBoss/MQ)

· Experience in Oracle database and performance tunning

· Experience in Linux/Unix and shell scripting

· Experience in DevOps tool (Jenkin, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Aldon)

· Experience in Control-M jobs setup and monitoring

· Experience in Geneos monitoring setup including dashboard

· Able to document technical architecture using servers and network diagrams

· Good understanding of the Development/SIT/UAT/Production environment requirements

· Good understanding of network and common issues

· Good understanding of service management tools & processes

We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission: To inspire and develop the Talent Acquisition team so that Sleek can source, interview and easily/quickly close great talent in every department and in every market that we operate in.

Outcomes: 

1. Track and improve our time to close: Ensure all roles are filled within SLA timelines (14-21 days for non-leadership roles, 30-45 days for leadership/technical positions) 
2. Track and improve our pipeline building activities: Ensure key positions have the required pre-qualified candidates “in reserve” at all times. 
3. Communicate proactively: 
1. Conduct monthly check-ins with key hiring managers to
   (a) enable the Talent Acquisition team to stay ahead of staffing needs across the business and
   (b) gather feedback from business stakeholders on our hiring processes.
2. Share a weekly report with the Head of HR and/or Leadership
4. Continuous refinement of our hiring process:  Schedule a working session each month with selected Leadership team members to reflect on our hiring process and implement improvements.
5. Manage and nurture the team: 
1. Conduct weekly 1:1s with each TA, hearing their challenges and providing the appropriate level of guidance and autonomy to help them grow.  
2. Look after your team’s wellbeing, ensuring they have the tools and emotional support they need to succeed.  
3. Gather succinct 360 feedback each quarter on each TA (including yourself) from stakeholders to identify areas for enhanced communication and/or collaboration between the TA team and the business.
4. Manage underperformance promptly and with kindness

To do this, you will have a minimum of 7 years experience as Head of Talent Acquisition  and you will most likely be located in Singapore.

About the interview process

THE ROLE:

The Marketing & Programs Manager will manage the planning and execution of marketing activities as well as working with company's leaders to develop communications (speeches, presentations, and talking points) to external and internal audiences to maximize media exposure of SEMI’s brand. Kitchen Technician

The Kitchen Technician is responsible for managing all technical maintenance needs within the hotel's F&B outlets and kitchen areas. This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with the Restaurant, Bar, and Culinary teams to ensure seamless operations.
