RESPONSIBILITIES

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Science and Physics teacher to join a growing, boutique school in the heart of Singapore. The successful applicant will be expected to teach Science from ages 11-14 and Physics from ages 14 to 18. The school offers both IGCSE (Double Award) and International A Level Physics, so experience in these areas would be an advantage. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver the Science and Physics curriculum to assigned classes in accordance with the School's timetable.
• Differentiate lessons according to the abilities and learning needs of individual students.
• Promote independent learning by adopting teaching and learning strategies which develop the competence and confidence of every student.
• Ensure the thorough implementation of subject specifications, teaching schemes, assessment policies and reporting procedures.
• Assess and develop the Physics curriculum in the school
• Plan and deliver schemes of work, including the choice of appropriate teaching and learning methods to meet the needs of the subject, and of different students.
• Keep abreast of current developments in Science and Physics education and to adapt the curriculum content and methods of teaching and examining as appropriate.
• Identifying appropriate resources within the limits of the school budget.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed within the Physics classrooms.
• Ensure that the Physics classroom presents a stimulating environment, which help to influence students' attitudes positively towards the subject.
• Ensure students' work is regularly assessed and that homework is in line with school policy.
• Report to parents in accordance with the school's reporting policy.
• Use information gained from assessment, recording and reporting procedures to generate further improvement in student achievement.
• When required, take on a form tutor role in the Senior School and fulfill the responsibilities of that position.
• Follow the School's policies and procedures with regard to discipline and behaviour, daily routines, duties, homework, leave of absence and visits.
• Contribute to co-curricular activities that broaden students' experiences and contribute to the general life of the school.
• Promote the study of Physics amongst students and parents.

• At least 2 5 years relevant professional teaching experience in education;
• The candidate should hold a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Science or Education or equivalent, which is obtained from a recognised University or College involving not less than 3 years full time study;
• Teachers Certificates, Diplomas or other Teacher Accreditation courses and certification are required if the applicant's degree is not in Education;
• IB PYP course and training are highly valued;
• Knowledge of or willingness to acquire knowledge of inquiry based learning is required;

Sales operation management
1. Handle sales queries and discuss customer's requirements with the sales director.
2. Prepare quotations based on customers' needs/requests.

The Director of Implementation Services is responsible for managing the team of Implementation Managers responsible for client installations across the APAC portfolio. This includes day-to-day management and execution of the team’s responsibilities as well as management of cross-functional strategic initiatives focused on service delivery optimization and post M&A integration.

The Director of Implementation Services responsibilities include management of client installations in a data center raised floor environment. This typically includes installation of racks, electrical distribution, cages, containment systems, and data cable infrastructure. He will manage multiple simultaneous projects across several data centers in their region using standard project and construction management best practices to ensure all installations are completed on time, in budget, and error-free to meet customer Ready for Service (RFS) dates that are contractually committed.

This role offers you the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and management expertise to make a direct impact on the largest wholesale and colocation data center provider in the world. As Director Implementation Services you will manage day to day operation of the Implementation Services team. The team is responsible for service delivery in support of Hyperscale, colocation and enterprise clients across the APAC portfolio. In addition, the team is responsible for management of limited number of internal projects required to support growth and firm’s capabilities in product offering. You will provide technical oversight to individual team members and drive execution of individual and team’s objectives.
