Job Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and implement the programme for assigned class in accordance to the school's policies and framework.
• Update children's communication books, as a means to update parents on lessons and activities that have been conducted in school.
• Update each child's progress report and portfolios for each semester.
• Set-up a learning space that is stimulating and engaging in order to promote self-directed learning amongst children.
• Responsible for all aspects of classroom management, including keeping the assigned classroom neat, clean, and tidy.
• Carry out routine care duties to ensure the hygiene and safety of all children.
• Work closely with co-teachers to ensure a cohesive work environment.
• Maintains regular contacts with parents (via whatsapp or email) and update them with photographs taken of their children in school.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Implementation Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for working closely with customers and internal teams to implement solutions that meet business needs using monday.com Work OS. This role involves being a trusted advisor, managing complex implementations, and acting as the technical and operational bridge between various stakeholders including Sales, Partners, and Customer Success. You will design and implement tailored solutions, API integrations, reporting programs, and more, helping customers achieve their goals by pushing the limits of monday.com’s features and developer tools. Additionally, you’ll drive the onboarding process, solve technical challenges, and work towards ensuring long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to scope, architect, design, and implement tailored solutions using the monday.com Work OS.

• Support pre-sales efforts by providing technical expertise, building proof-of-concepts, and delivering post-sale implementation services.

• Plan and manage customer onboarding solutions, complex API integrations, data migrations, custom scripting, and user management. • Design advanced solutions leveraging monday.com’s APIs, apps framework, and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Integromat).

• Supplement workflows using low-code/no-code tools to extend monday.com capabilities.

• Act as a project manager for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timelines, customer goals, and deliverables are met.

• Advocate for customers, providing feedback to product teams to enhance functionality.

• Conduct end-user training, workshops, and webinars to empower customers and improve adoption of the platform.

• Work with enterprise customers to define and implement solutions that address their unique business needs and challenges.

• Build relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.
