Key Responsibilities

· Analyse, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, test applications

· To develop projects/Change Requests related changes and to ensure deliverables are in good quality

· To participate in user requirements gathering and able to provide impact analysis and efforts estimation

· To develop functionalities to cater for business requirements using MS SQL server, Power BI and OneSumX product

· To design and build the Control-M jobs for batch processing

· To carry out unit testing and SIT on the developed functions

· To support UAT cycle, troubleshoot the issues and provide bug fixes

· To raise remedy ticket for required changes in controlled environments

· To migrate deliverables objects using Aldon migration tools to UAT/Production environment

· To provide proper documentation for all the deliverables

· To be able to work with team member, guiding junior staff and take responsibility for delivery of the code

Key Requirements:

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

· At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

· You must be the experienced developer, with good experience in system integration/interfacing.

· You will typically be assigned to work on specific projects and is expected to support the Application Delivery.

· Manager (ADM) in all relevant technical matters, end-to-end, within the project.

· Depending on the project, your duties may include coding, scripting, building new systems (where necessary) and interfaces. For new system build-up, you may need to environment support during SIT/UAT.

· You are expected to ensure your work are adequately documented and transferred to the production team post-cutover.

· You will be expected to work with the senior developers and system architect in formulating technical solutions that is fit for purpose for your assigned projects. The solution will need to satisfy all security, regulatory and architectural standards.

· Working experience in MS SQL server & Business Intelligence development (and experience with WKFS RiskPro product is a plus).

· Working with RDBMS (Oracle, PL/SQL), WebSphere Application Server (WebSphere, Tomcat) and Jenkins/Sonar, Control-M, UNIX/Linux Commands.

· Proficient with Batch & Power Shell scripting

· Good understanding in Data Warehouse and Data Mart concept

· Experience in Performance tuning of queries

Technical Skills:

· SQL, PL/SQL, MS SQL server & Business Intelligence

· Jenkins/Sonar, Control-M, UNIX/Linux Commands.

- Perform impact analysis on Project scope and document proposed solution and estimated required effort

- Responsible to analyse and define detailed functional specifications based on the functional and non-functional requirements document

- Collaborate with Functional Business Analyst to clarify functional and non-functional requirements

- Define and ensure traceability from functional specifications to business requirements

- Ownership of the creation of functional design specifications and technical design document

- Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to clarify functional specification and technical design during build, test and deployment phase

- Review and contribute to test planning and design for SIT and UAT

- Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)

- Provide input to impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request

- Manage and work with vendor and internal teams to successfully deliver committed scope for AML systems

- Manage and work with stakeholders during all phases of system changes delivery

The position

As a Sustainability Senior Manager, you will drive the development and execution of sustainability strategies in the APAC region, ensuring close collaboration with local management, the region, and affiliates.

• Develop strategies to address environmental and social issues in the region, aligning with global priorities and collaborating with International Operations (IO) and Headquarter (HQ).
• Lead social and environmental initiatives in collaboration with affiliates and stakeholders, guiding affiliates in on-the-ground activities.
