Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Lead with a strong background in South Asia e-commerce, expertise in managing a large local delivery workforce, and proficiency in one of the local languages. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in HR practices, tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of the South Asia region, especially in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka and etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:

• Collaborate with BU business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and address the specific needs of the South Asia market.
• Provide insights on regional labor market trends, workforce challenges, and best practices to inform strategic decisions.

Regional and Cultural Expertise:

• Ensure compliance with South Asia’s labor laws, regulations, and cultural considerations.
• Serve as the HR point of contact for the South Asia region, addressing specific regional HR issues and initiatives.

Workforce Management:

Job Scope

Counter Duties:
-Greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing visitors appropriately upon their arrival at the Counter
-Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
-Attending to parents, visitors, and vendors via phone calls and walk-ins
-Attending to unwell students in the sick bay

Administrative Duties:
-Support logistics and administrative tasks related to school activities and events
-Pack documents and collaterals
-Receive and sort daily mail, manage faxing, mailing, and handle all correspondence, including maintaining accurate data entry using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
-Receive and manage office supplies, as well as print and photocopy documents

Requirements

-Preferably have GCE O-Levels or with relevant receptionist/administrative working experience.-Pleasant personality, willingness and inquisitiveness to learn.
