We are looking for a creative and dynamic TikTok Content Creator to join our team. If you love creating fun, engaging videos that get people talking, passionate about creating engaging video content and hosting live streams, which is a plus, this role is absolutely for you! The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of TikTok trends, excellent video editing skills, and experience with livestreaming on social media platforms.

• Plan, schedule, and host regular livestream sessions across social media and marketplace platforms.
• Engage with audiences during live streams, track performance analytics, and provide regular reports.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and develop original, engaging video content that aligns with the brand message.
• Take full ownership of video creation, including scripting, filming, and editing.
• Manage production timelines, ensuring all content is delivered on schedule from concept to final assets.
• Edit video clips using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, TikTok, and other editing tools.
• Collaborate with external partners to create dynamic marketing content and monitor performance across multiple platforms.

You MUST be or have –

• Proven experience creating content for TikTok, with a portfolio of videos and livestreams (a plus).
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends and audience engagement strategies.
• Passion for telling stories and connecting with audiences in front of the camera.
• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, TikTok) and passion for video content creation with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Capcut, and Illustrator is considered an advantage.
• Experience in hosting live streams and managing real-time audience interactions is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, digitally-driven environment.

We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across various functions, including inventory management, store operations, logistics, and customer service. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to optimize processes, enhance the customer experience, and achieve organizational goals

You will also be responsible for:

• Operational Support:
  Assist in managing daily operations across retail stores and online channels to ensure consistent and efficient execution.
  Coordinate with store teams to address operational issues, including staffing, inventory, and customer service challenges.
  Monitor and support adherence to company policies and procedures to maintain high operational standards.
• Inventory Management:
  Support inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, transfers, and adjustments.
  Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy and availability.
  Collaborate with the supply chain team to forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels effectively.
• Logistics and Distribution:
  Coordinate logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to stores and customers.
  Manage relationships with logistics providers and monitor their performance to ensure high service quality.
  Assist in optimizing distribution processes and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Store Operations:

  Monitor store performance metrics, including sales, customer foot traffic, and operational efficiency.
  Assist in managing store-level issues and support the implementation of operational improvements.
• Customer Service:
  Assist in addressing customer service issues related to orders, returns, and in-store experiences.
  Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve complaints and enhance customer satisfaction.
  Implement initiatives to improve customer service and operational support.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various operational functions.

• Vendor and Supplier Management:
  Support vendor and supplier management activities, including order placement, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.

• Reporting and Documentation:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, retail management, or a related role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with retail management software (e.g., POS systems, ERP systems).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

It would be great if you have:

• Experience with retail management systems and inventory software.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and store layout best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project management processes for engineering and construction related works.
• Manage and /or monitoring project schedules, cost and risk.
• Implement integrated Project Management Information Systems and use of industry standard tools and software platforms for project control.
• Co-ordinate discussions among various project design teams, clients and to achieve project objectives and goals.
• Ensure the Project controls team produce weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.

• Manage governance to ensure robust cost and schedule performance for the agreed scope of Work across integrated programmes and able to managed across multiple disciplinary.
• Manage a team of Engineers during the design stage.
