The Marine Parade Community Space Ltd (MPCSL) is a charity and Institute of a Public Character established to look after vulnerable residents in Marine Parade. Its main role is to run the upcoming Marine Parade Community Care Hub, a social service Hub that will be operation in late 2025.

• Monday - Friday
• 9am - 530pm

Job Descriptions:

➤ Preparation of bar to prepare for operation

➤ Prepare drinks and prep stock for bar operations

➤ Prepare food, ingredients based on the menu

➤ Assist in providing high level of customer service

➤ Maintain the bar/kitchen clean and display good knowledge of preparing drinks & food

➤ To handle cashiering

➤ Completed food & hygiene certification

To ensure that all operational duties by the team are completed on a daily schedule, ahead of time, efficiently and effectively

To provide excellent customer service and management and to ensure that all your staff understands the importance of such standards

Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant

Obtain sales target and KPIs given by the management

Assist in planning schedule

Promote positive work environment

Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guideline

Develop strategic and operational plans for managing execution and measuring results

Any other duties as may be assigned by management
