KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish / optimize infrastructure design and enhance existing processes to meet business goals

• Plan and coordinate the functions of Infrastructure, Network and EUC

• Identify customer and operational needs of multiple on-premises and cloud-based solutions, serving as a subject-matter expert and trusted source to management, supervising and evaluating the performance of assigned staff

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Studies or Information Technology or related discipline

• Strong knowledge of hardware and networking

• Minimum 8 years experience

• Ability to work in a team as well as independently

• Ability to communicate across different functions and levels of audiences

• Effective at acquiring an understanding of a problem or situation, with good problem-solving skill.

• Fundamental Cybersecurity knowledge on perimeter defense

• Knowledge in OT setup is an advantage

• Knowledge in architectural and construction industry is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete. Coordinate with various departments, such as overseas productions and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfilment.

2. Update and maintain the sales database by entering new customer information, updating contact details, and recording interactions and sales activities. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.

3. Support filling sales related reports & date base and customer analytics.

4. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or in-person. Provide basic information about products, availability, and delivery schedules. Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues by coordinating with relevant sales staff and departments.

5. Occasionally join sales staff for meeting with prospective customers.

7. Organize timely follow up with customers on previously quoted projects and their status and report back to sales staff and/ or management.

This role overseeing and handle company's facilities maintenance

and administrative duties

1. Handles proactive and preventative maintenance works to the building facilities/ system/ equipment (Example: telephone system, goods hoist lifts system, passenger lifts system, car lift, dumbwaiter, ACMV system, fire protection system, sanitary & plumbing system etc.). To ensure that all systems are in good functioning condition. If any repair or replacement are required, source for quotations and coordinate with the various stakeholders for the work to be carried out.

2. Make frequent trips to the various facilities within the Group to carry out routine inspection.

3. Contact and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders / vendors on all the service maintenance, repair works and scheduling matters.

4. After completion by external vendor, conduct visual inspection to ensure that the works are carried out properly and satisfactorily.

5. Conduct bi-weekly night inspection to ensure the functionality of all the building signage and building security lighting.

6. Administrative duties such as preparation, verification & processing of Purchase Requisition/ Purchase Order and Invoices etc.

7. Updating of maintenance schedule and incurred expenditure reports.

8. Prepare annual building maintenance expenditure and budgetary reports.

9. Renewal of factory license, signage advertisement license, electrical installation license, subletting application, etc., and submission of new applications to relevant authorities whenever necessary.

10. To ensure that there is adequate stock for all toiletries and groceries supplies and place order if the stock is running low.

11. Prepare proposal to the management for any proposed improvement/ repair/ replacement work.

12. Assist in any ad hoc A&A/ upgrading/ improvement projects. Coordinate with the project consultants/ contractors and monitoring the project progress.

13. Review of drawings, building plans to ensure that the design specification complies to the owner’s requirement as well as to the statutory code of practice/regulation.

14. Quality control of work done by contractor to ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the approved drawings, work scopes and technical specifications.

15. Any other suitable duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time

Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA):

• Conduct traffic studies and analyses to evaluate the impact of new developments on transportation systems.
• Prepare comprehensive TIA reports in compliance with Singapore’s regulatory requirements.

Transport Planning and Design:

• Develop and recommend transportation solutions, including road network improvements, traffic flow optimizations, and public transport accessibility.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on the design of roadways, intersections, and transport infrastructure.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Liaise with clients, government agencies (e.g., LTA), and other stakeholders to address transport-related concerns.
• Present findings and proposals in meetings and public consultations.

Data Collection and Analysis:

• Gather traffic data through field studies, surveys, and simulation tools.
• Use software such as SIDRA, VISSIM, VISUM, VISWALK, AutoCAD for modeling and analysis.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure transport plans adhere to local laws, guidelines, and best practices set by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) and other agencies.
• Assist in preparing applications for permits and approvals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Transport Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in traffic impact assessments or transport planning projects.
• Familiarity with transport policies and infrastructure standards.
• Proficient in traffic modeling and analysis software (e.g., SIDRA, VISSIM, VISUM, VISWALK, AutoCAD).

Principal Responsibilities (What does the job do?)
