Scope:

• Perform various tests to evaluate the mechanical, thermal, electrical, and other properties of polymers.

• Proceed with modification to polymer formulation based on performance needs.

4. Communication and collaboration

• Document research findings and experimental procedures in clear and concise report.
• Present research results to colleagues, management, or external audiences.

• Support training new products/process modification for related parties.
• Train basic knowledge in lab for new staff

5. Laboratory Management

• Safe operation and up-keep 5S of laboratory.

Requirements:

• Degree in chemical engineering, Polymer synthesis chemistry, or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant working experience
