About the role

The Director of Projects (Websites, Apps & AI Development) is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight of the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital projects. This position requires a visionary leader with robust experience managing cross-functional teams focused on optimizing user experience (UX), user interface (UI), technology implementation, and operational excellence across both internal and external projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight: Direct the management of a diverse portfolio of projects related to websites, mobile applications, and AI development, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery that aligns with strategic business objectives.

Best Practices Advocacy: Champion best practices in UX/UI design, technology integration, CRM implementation, and operational efficiencies, ensuring all project outputs meet high standards of quality and user satisfaction.

Internal and External Projects: Oversee both internal tech projects that enhance agency capabilities and external client projects, ensuring consistent delivery of cutting-edge solutions that drive client success.

Budget Management: Manage project budgets and financial performance, ensuring proper resource allocation and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular project and performance reports to leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing web, app, and AI development projects within a digital agency or technology environment.
3. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage diverse stakeholders, and drive project success.
4. Client Focus: Strong orientation toward client satisfaction, with a track record of successfully managing client relationships, invoicing, costing, timeline management, and service delivery.
5. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of web development, mobile applications, and AI technologies, as well as familiarity with industry best practices in UX/UI design and CRM systems.
6. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
7. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and implement effective solutions.
8. Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are preferred.Industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods.
• Perform container stuffing and unstuffing, as well as loading and unloading tasks.
• Shift goods and assist with other production activities, ensuring proper storage.
• Conduct daily maintenance checks to keep the forklift in good working condition.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Capable of handling heavy loads.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in forklift operation.
• Possession of personal transport (motorcycle) is recommended.
• Willing to work in Jurong Island.

What you will do:

1. Talent Acquisition Support

• Manage end to end campus recruitment for internship roles
• Assist in recruitment process such as interview arrangements, offer stage, internal procedures

4. Administrative HR

• Maintaining employee records, updating HRIS databases, and preparing HR documents such as reports, letters and employment contracts.

• Assist in offboarding process of leaving employee
• Support in ad-hoc HR projects, initiatives and related matters as assigned.

Who you are:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or HR certificate
• Prior experience in SG payroll
• Experience in talent acquisition is a plus
• Well organised with high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Good knowledge of MOM employment law and work pass regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job description

• Use both power and hand tools to fabricate steel panels and enclosures
• Physical mounting of components with appropriate hardware
• Assemble and wire electrical components according to provided schematics
• Neatly routing and bundling wires/cables
• Complete other duties, as assigned by the shop foreman

• Ability to work both independently and with a team
