Key Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationship as a trusted advisor and key point of contact to assigned clients;
• Support Account Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs;
• Lead smaller client accounts;
• Work collaboratively across the network as needed.
• Project-manage end-to-end campaign delivery including timelines and budget;
• Act as ‘gatekeeper’ for quality control;
• Respond to client needs and requests and proactively reverts with next steps and relevant updates
• Coordinate invoicing and payments process in line with contractual terms agreed; Oversees processes to ensure smooth financial operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of account servicing experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency or related company.
• Proven experience in effective project management, with an ability to multi-task and handle numerous projects concurrently.
• Strong facilitation/presentation skills, both in preparing materials required and in delivery.

Key Responsibilities：

• Define architectural principles and patterns, and work with delivery teams to apply them.
• Own the discovery process from a technology perspective, refining requirements and exploring opportunities for delivery teams.
