• Perform design analysis, technology assessments, and trade-off studies

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Mechatronics and Robotics
• Knowledge in drawing wiring diagrams and schematics
• Soldering and cable harnessing skills
• Microcontroller and programming knowledge (advantageous)
• Passion for engineering design and research in underwater robotics and sensors

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of QS in the administration and review of procurement and contract management
• · Responsible and lead the team on evaluation and preparation of sub-contractors' claims and issuance of payment response within stipulated timeframe (SOP Act)
• Allocate tasks to QS and provide effective supervision
• Review contract documents and provide cost estimates on tenders
• Oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variation claim
• Resolving contract disputes and contract claims, assessing entitlement for extension of time and loss/expense claim
• Oversee the management of document control and distribution of drawings, specifications, and all other relevant documents.
• Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation of additional works, alterations or design changes, and lead the team in preparing variation orders
• Advise and administer Extension of Time claim
• Ensure timely finalisation of main contract and subcontract
• Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Able to independently lead and manage project

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in project tendering, contract negotiation, administration and/or management
• Experience in HDB Projects

Job Scope:

· Timely completion of month end closing activities

Summary: The role will be primarily responsible for Sales Forecast and Analysis deliverables relating to month end close; Sales & Operations and rolling latest best estimate (RLBE) process.

Job Scope:

· Collect and collate data from APAC countries and Regions; consolidate Sales forecasts for the Area ensuring reasonableness on absolute, performance basis and trend in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.

· Check and review submission from countries to ensure completeness and prepare presentation slides and analytics.

· Support the implementation of regional Sales Forecast system project.

· Support other regional Adhoc projects

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Engineering

· Minimum 3 years of experience in a dynamic, impact-focused, and results-oriented working environment

· Meticulous with keen eye to details, analytical, self-starter and self-motivated team player with strong ownership of work and deadlines; proactive in finding better ways to get things done.

Additional Information:

· Salary – Up to S$6K + 1 month completion bonus
