Contingent Staffing Manager
We are looking for a Contingent Staffing Manager to join our organization, ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company that helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
This role will be responsible for driving consistent business developments to accelerate the business growth. He/she will plan, implement best practises on sales, delivery and business initiatives to increase market share and to oversee the full spectrum of staffing business from sales to delivery, to increase our share of wallet with the existing clients.
As client and candidate expectations evolve, this role is required to act quickly to create sustainable competitive advantage and/or new differentiation to add value and scale.
In this role, the incumbent shall manage a team of recruiters, setting specific, measurable, action oriented and realistic (SMART) goals, ensuring their performance level are pushed for the ultimate efficiency and productivity. He/she will support, guide and coach the team members to assist them to achieve their targets.
Requirements
- Ability to work towards targets; develops and manages long and short-term business plans and goals consistently
- Min 8 years of solid recruitment and service experience across multiple disciplines or range of clients
- Strong negotiation skills, able to manage highly complex clients and situations
- Good business and commercial acumen
- Competitive, driven; able to challenge the norm/status quo
- Has true passion for the ‘PEOPLE’ business
- Anticipate clients’ needs and market solutions accordingly, anticipate potential faults and possess the tenacity to rectify quickly
- Work in fast pace and dynamic environment with adaptiveness and flexibility to understand the Company’s business, the various industries, verticals
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Has people management experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying talents, recruiting candidates with a structured workflow and timeframe to support continued business productivity
- Acquire and expand new accounts by identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels such as online/market research, cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans with the goal of driving sustainable and profitable business growth
- Identify and build formal and informal networks within the organization to enhance one’s own area and the organization as a whole
- Take intelligent risks to achieve a business advantage and stay competitive in the marketplace
- Continue to develop business knowledge to effectively present and sell Manpower’s branded, integrated solutions using appropriate style and communication skills
