ROLE OVERVIEW
The Bartender at Mandala Club has a good cocktail bar experience either from previous jobs or in-house test promotions.
The individual must be able to interact and socialize with members and guests to cultivate an enjoyable experience for our patrons that goes above and beyond basic drink making.
The role requires being familiar with classic and international cocktails and able to accommodate tailored bespoke cocktails' requests. Possessing a good understanding of spirits is also essential.
KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES
● Reporting of exact stock ordering to MGM
● Ability to run a station on their own.
● Ability to upsell and recommend spirits based on member preference.
● Good reputation and familiarity with members
● Strong spirit and cocktail knowledge
● Deliver a tailor-made experience to guests with classic cocktails and bespoke drinks.
● Ability to guide Jnr personnel.
● Assessing bar guests' needs and preferences and recommending food and beverages accordingly.
● Proactive in approaching tables for food and beverage recommendations.
● Is fully versed in covering all bar duties (foh and boh) to run the bar operation smoothly.
