The Role

The Guest Experience Executive is a vital customer facing role, on the ‘ front lines’ who acts as an ambassador for the Centre Success & Operations Team.

As the “face” for Arcc Spaces, the role is responsible for all operations/client services for their centre(s) & tasked to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

With a Focus on customers and our product offerings, they will be chiefly responsible for the execution and delivery for the range of products and services at their centre(s).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Centre Operations

3. Executes and elevates all centre specific customer engagement activities to promote client satisfaction and foster retention -e.g. maintains good relationships with clients, executes related activities such as events, community networking, shares feedback to your leaders and supports implementing initiatives/change)

4. Acts as a client advocate in providing feedback from the community back to the team for follow up in the constant pursuit of improvement.

5. Champion centre specific customer engagement activities to promote client satisfaction and foster retention.

6. Takes charge of clients check ins and outs; handles administrative and invoicing matters; ensures smooth operations of their respective centres.

7. Assists in all centres related engagement activities (breakfasts, pantry preparation, afternoon delights, etc).

8. Supports and oversees vendor relationships alongside the Centre Success Manager and Centre Success Director/ General Manager.

9. Partakes in any other duties as assigned

Commercial

10. Supports the Centre Success Manager/s in achieving outcomes of in-house commercial activities, such as achieving renewal targets, driving income (GSI, meeting rooms and events), maintaining operational budgets for allocated centre/s.

Product

11. Ensures desired operational standards and readiness by executing on expected objectives & strives for continuous improvement/innovation.

12. Enhances and delivers desired hospitality quality – e.g., know your clients, engage with clients consistently, provide input & feedback to your leader to improve the client’s experience. Utilize systems religiously (Freshdesk, Salesforce)

13. Commits to adhering to the hospitality or centre related trainings conducted by your manager and to motivate your colleagues to do the same. (e.g., adhere to the Arcc Service Standards, ensuring excellent verbiage(written/verbal), adopt a positive mindset, deportment, etc).

14. Enhances customer service quality – e.g., maintaining contact with customers, providing input & feedback to Centre Success Manager to improve the customer experience

15. Supports the Centre Manager by updating partnerships validity, sharing clients’ preferences, habits and sharing partnerships perks with clients.

Job Requirements:

• Master Mariner/ Degree and/ or Diploma in Shipping / Logistics Studies, Commerce or its equivalent
• At least 4 years’ related experience in the shipping industry. (Palm Oil / Tankers experiences preferred)
• Possess good working knowledge in shipping operations

Main Areas of Responsibility:

• To assist and guide operations staff in their daily operations matters.
• Responsible for the optimal operations of all vessels (Owned / Chartered in) of the Group.
• Monitor vessels’ movements/ETAs and update/send forecast of vessel daily plus forecast of freight payments.
• To prepare/disseminate voyage orders and monitor the progress of vessel/voyages.
• To optimize cargo loadable, check stowage for single or multi grades cargoes and any restrictions for load and discharge ports.
• Agency fee negotiation / appointment / scrutinize & timely arrange remittance for port disbursement advance & final port disbursements.
• Liaise with agents and terminals to ensure vessels meet the port requirement and restrictions and optimize vessels’ quick turnaround in port.
• Ensure timely arrangement of freight payment preparation and issuance of corresponding invoice.
• Check and ensure all Bill of Lading / LOIs are correctly drafted and issued.
• Monitor the status of L/Cs and ensure Receivers’ LOI are duly secured prior to issuance of LOIs to vessel owners for release of cargo without Original BL.
• Assist traders to collate / update port info and data to facilitate planning of cargo schedule/shipments.
• Able to perform post fixture calculations for the shipments.
• Familiar with Shipnet / IMOS or other electronic voyage management system.
• To monitor vessel bunker requirement / negotiate and stem bunker as required.
• Monitor performance of all vessels, including TC vessel and performance claims.
• Build good working rapport and network with all destination port authority etc.
• Any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Job duties and responsibilities

• Contribute to develop a cutting-edge home and wellness monitoring software ecosystem, as part of the nami product management team.
• Ideate and communicate a clear vision around the nami mobile App and SDK UX flows - and translate them into executable plans.
• Ideating and specifying those features, take full ownership of the end-to-end product planning, implementation, and validation.
• Responsible for driving the project forward, tracking down the development of the mobile app and associated SDK layers.
• Detail the roadmap and communicate it effectively to stakeholders within nami and among partners.
• Engaging closely with nami UX/UI in house designer for sketching visual directions and building consistent end-user experiences.
• Supporting our testers and end-users by gathering feedback to understand their pain points, propose improvements and solutions, first contact point of support for tier 2 and 3.
• Working closely with the leadership team to build product strategies and pave the way for product marketing.

Required qualifications

EDUCATION

Degree in engineering , Information Technology, or marketing discipline.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 6-15 years of Software product management experiences, preferably in IoT space.

Objectives of the position:

This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled. The person will be responsible to handle Customers requirements such as complaints, test data & other technical information as requested. Customer complaints handling will also include the necessary communication with all the stake holders (Customer, Supplier, CS, PP, SVM, LOG). Knowledge in cable testing and specification requirements will be required to understand Customer complaints (technical & logistics).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Customer complaint processes such as acknowledgement of the complaint, updating into SAP, keeping track of the complaint, closure of the complaint & summarizing for monthly reporting. Proper handling of customers’ needs by providing accurate and timely information on enquiries related to cable standards, test reports and handling of customer complaints.

2. Track supplier quality by means of in-coming inspection when required or arise from Customer complaints. Update results in SAP system and release inspected lots according to the usage decision defined. To generate supplier CAR and track for corrective action by liaising with the supplier.

3. Familiar with and comply to international cable testing standards and procedures. Contribute to achieving company & department KPIs through due diligence, duty of care & personal accountability for Quality assurance in all tasks.

4. Liaising with relevant departments to effectively close the Customer complaints

5. Maintain records in SAP

6. Operate Laboratory test equipment when required

7. Assist Customer’s Technical enquiries e.g Product Test Report, RoHS, REACH, CE

8. Supplier claim processes and 8D report.

9. Prepare and issue Customer Test Certificates & COC

10. Assist in other day to day activities related to QA department as assigned by Superior.

Skills & Qualification:

▪ Min. Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or equivalent
