The Creative Content & Marketing Executive will work closely with the co-founders, and be involved in creating awareness and publicity for our multi-concept space via tactical marketing, branding and social media campaigns, both in-store and online. You will also be involved in business development and identifying potential like-minded businesses to collaborate with.

We are looking for the next #changemaker - a passionate individual who is looking for a chance to use your social media and marketing skills to inspire and drive social and environmental change in our community. With plenty of real-life experience up for grabs, this opportunity will put you right in the heart of the bustling social enterprise scene.

Main duties include:

• Scheduling editorial content across our social media channels
• Developing and executing a results-driven multi-platform communications strategy and marketing calendar, and plan in line with corporate and brand direction
• Researching and writing weekly content across various platforms, including news stories, features, interviews and more.
• Responsible for creating all marketing materials and collaterals, including photography, copywriting and designing.
• Tracking effectiveness or various campaigns and course corrections as required
• Collaborating with vendors and partners to create and localize marketing content and activities, and develop supporting assets
• Leading and planning the implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand, including identifying, soliciting and managing relationships media partners

Requirements

• A keen writer and storyteller
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Passion for social and environmental causes
• A creative thinker and social media savvy
• Very pro-active and a multi-tasker
• High attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines and drive results
• Team player who is resourceful and great with problem solving
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Keen eye for aesthetics and proficiency in design software(s) such as Canva and/or Photoshop

• Assist in the day-to-day operation in Store facility to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure proper stock control to minimise errors and discrepancies.
• Ensure good practise on workplace safety is adhere to at all times.
• Prepare reports for submission when required.

Job requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain management or related discipline / GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in supply chain management.
• Meticulous, organized and possesses positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Words and Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP system preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and efficiently handle multiple tasks.
• Working location – Ang Mo Kio
