AML/CFT

• Perform ongoing AML risk monitoring including but not limited to the review, analysis and disposal of alerts in accordance with the bank's processes, as well as timely escalation of alerts along with relevant information and due diligence.
• Work with the relevant stakeholders to review and recommend segmentation, rule and scoring changes, and ensure they are tested appropriately prior to implementation
• Able to analyse the latest AML typologies and trends and ensure that the existing AML framework continues to be effective in mitigating these new risks.

THE ROLE

Our Financial Systems Development team creates powerful trading tools, which facilitate all trading stages of our high-performance system, deployed in financial marketplaces around the world. The Financial Systems development team builds the internal tools and technologies that run Virtu’s pre and post trade systems. These internal tools are critical for all trading operations, finance processes, compliance and risk management associated with each trade processed.

We are looking for a self-directed, motivated developer with a good foundation of advanced technologies and programming to join our team. Our FS developer will proactively gather and analyze functional requirements to enhance existing systems and develop new software applications used in our financial and pre/post trading platforms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing the development, implementation and testing of new features for complex software applications while monitoring day-to-day operation of the production systems and perform proactive and reactive system maintenance.

THE CANDIDATE

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Mastery of Java or C++

• Experience with SQL.

• Experience in Python is a plus.

• Experience in web technologies a plus.

• Extensive experience developing in a Linux environment is a plus.

• Experience in distributed and/or highly concurrent systems is a plus.

• Experience in low-latency systems and/or high transaction environments is a plus.

• Experience in Oracle RDBMS a plus

The Assistant Housekeeper/Assistant Manager (Housekeeping) maintains the high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all back-of-house and hotel public areas. He/She is responsible to report immediately any maintenance issues such as furniture, fittings and equipment to the Head of Department to ensure operational excellence in the department.

Manages The Daily Housekeeping Operations For Rooms And Public Area

• Supervises the upkeep of the entire hotel premises to maintain an immaculate and luxurious state according to hotel standards. Priority and full attention is given for VIP suites or events.
• Ensures the smooth operations of all Housekeeping sections by performing all tasks in adherence with the code of ethics.
• Upholds a flawless impression and perception of the Hotel products, services and colleagues.
• Establishes the foundations of Housekeeping operations through detailed planning of work and maintenance schedules, supervision of the team and proper organisation and delegation of duties.

• Ensures guests receive the experiences as detailed in brand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

• Leads the Housekeeping Team with a Hospitality approach and constantly seeks to create an all-encompassing and welcoming working environment for a multi-cultural and diverse group of Housekeeping colleagues. • Plans for a 24-hours shift coverage for all colleagues and is able to personally cover any role or duty under the Housekeeping department.

• Run a full sales cycle and close both new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence

• Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders
• Run online, and occasionally in person, product demonstrations
• Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C -level
• Work collaboratively with HubSpot’s marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced

Who are you?

• 4 years of direct sales experience in the Mid-market space with a focus in the Saas technology industry, preferably with experience in the South-East Asia region
• Experience in a complex selling environment
• Have presented and pitched to C-level executives on a business change
• Management of monthly and annual pipeline as well as proven accuracy in forecasting
• Goal-orientated with track record of overachieving on monthly & annual targets
• Trained and/or certified in a standardised sales method (E.g. Sandler)
• You will also have a proven ability to drive results, be resilient during challenging sales situations, have a customer-first mentality and a strong growth mindset.
