Role and Responsibilities   

The selected candidate(s) will be a key member of a small team working at the company’s flagship operation in Singapore, carrying out various business development and customer relationship related initiatives across the organization. The position will be working closely with the CEO and the Executive Director and will interface with key staff across the organization, as well as customers and other stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance of XDC utilities systems, including chillers, boilers
• Perform planned preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance, ensuring all work is recorded in work orders.

• Participate in project phases, including identifying discrepancies during walk-downs and leading utility commissioning phases.
• Update SOPs, URS, or other relevant documents as needed.
