As the Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance and serving as the primary point of contact for anti-money laundering (AML) matters within LMAX Digital Broker Singapore. Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Entry Level Candidates are welcome
• Candidates with no prior experience but interested in cryptocurrency are also welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English in communication and writing in order to liaise with English-speaking clients, multilingual capability is a big plus
• Fluency in Mandarin in communication and writing in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, management and support staff, is preferable
• Willing to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
