• To superintend all technical and safety matters concerning Company vessels and to implement the technical and safety policies of the Company on these vessels.

Kapronasia, an Atlas Technologies Group company, is looking to hire a junior strategy consultant for our growing consulting team in Singapore. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the strategy consulting work stream for projects in the FinTech and financial services sector which will include working with well-known companies. You will also have the chance to work closely with senior staff and many opportunities to take ownership of projects and drive initiatives within the company and in collaboration with Atlas Technologies, our parent company based in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Support consulting engagements for clients on various topics such as market entry and competitive analysis in the Asia banking, payments, capital markets and FinTech industries.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research and analysis on key trends in the financial services industry and identify the implications for stakeholders in the industry.
• Assist in producing industry research reports on the financial sector through market research, data gathering and industry analysis.

Job Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant disciplines.
• Consulting or research experience from previous internships or work required.
• Preference for candidate with 2 to 3 years working experience.
• Good writing and presentation skills in English required.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office skills required, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Knowledge of FinTech and the financial services industry is a plus.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

QA team is responsible for the quality and efficient delivery of software solutions to our clients, with a wide range of testing scope including functional test through API testing, static analysis, end-to-end test, as well as non-functional testing scope including performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. We explore and research a wide range of technologies and methodologies including debugging tools, dependencies mocking, automated test generation and execution, grey-box testing, and CI/CD, to see how they can be meaningfully applied to each project and achieve the highest quality outcome in a timely manner.

JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for quality assurance and version iteration testing to ensure functional quality of the final products.
• Responsible for the design, execution, and standardisation of non-functional tests and checks (performance, maintainability, etc) based on different product needs and user needs.
• Participate in long-term quality promotion work, including defect tracking, root cause analysis, version quality analysis, project reviews, etc.
• Explore and investigate various technologies, methodologies, and/or processes for improvement of software projects’ quality and/or overall test quality and efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or any related field.
