1. Creative, brand assurance & product development

• Handle the approval process of the products developed by licensees, providing comments on each step of the approval process starting from conceptual design to final product and managing the timeline demands of each project.
• Good understanding on each brand’s guidelines and effectively guide/train licensees to ensure products are in line with brand compliance.
• Maintaining a day-to-day relationship with all assigned licensees to ensure Brand Assurance procedural understanding and a smooth approval process of product lines
• Train/Provide relevant direction to licensee on how to activate/work on for each style guide
• Communicate and align with brand owner with regards to design approvals
• To manage/document licensees’ product development progress, as well as working with commercial team to ensure that licensees optimize all efforts to launch per contract

2. Marketing & Brand Management

• End-to-end support in the planning, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns – from brief, artwork editing and copywriting to campaign tracking and reporting, including the development of presentation for internal & external communications
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including promotions, launches, and collaborations to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, process flow, and tracking of campaigns are well in place prior to any launch.
• Manage scheduled timelines, budgets, and logistics, ensuring flawless delivery.
• Drive compelling content & artworks for retail, social media, and other platforms
• Develop budget plan, monitor and control the effective use of marketing expenses.
• Ensure all content is optimized/edited for various platforms and audiences.
• Attend to other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

3. Reporting & Optimization

• Track and report on event performance and marketing ROI
• Post event coverage for any launches, initiated marketing campaigns
• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences, and competitors

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any marketing, business management or communications fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and in Microsoft Office – Specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• Preferably 2-3 years of marketing/events experience in retail or related industry is an advantage
