Responsibilities:

· Read the Contract and understand the overall project strategy to make proper planning evaluations of the work scope

· Support the project planning team on site, receive the planning and control data, analyze and identify risks or potential problems in the project progress, present the findings to the management team

· Participate in the planning meetings and all related meetings to be aware of the main concerns and issues of the project on the site

· Comment the reports, the schedules and all the data issuances related to the site scope, warn/alert the management team if any inconsistence or anomaly is found

· Liaise between the Planning and the Construction and Assembly (C&A) teams regarding the activities happening on site, and check if the activities are happening in accordance with the last updated plan and schedule issued

Requirements

· 5 (five) years of experience in similar services in the Oil and Gas industry

· Expert understanding of planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and similar

· Expert understanding of project management parameters such as WBS, Project Risks, Project Schedule, and others within the PMBOK area of knowledge

· Experience in developing, analyzing, and adjusting Schedule in Primavera P6 software for big or complex projects

· Experience in Critical Path Report issuance and analysis

· Execution of daily/weekly reports and activities controls

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit Valuation Officer to join one of our banking clients. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the bank's credit risk function by overseeing and analysing property valuations for loan applications and existing portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

Valuation Management:

• Liaise with Front Office teams (e.g., Loan Officers) to gather necessary information for property valuations.
• Instruct and manage external valuation providers (in UK and Australia) to conduct desktop and formal valuations.
• Review valuation reports for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to bank policies and industry standards.
• Identify and address any discrepancies or inconsistencies in valuation reports.
• Communicate and resolve any issues or concerns with internal stakeholders and external valuers.

Credit Administration Support:

• Respond to inquiries and requests received through the team's functional mailbox.
• Assist with various credit administration tasks as required.

Valuer Performance Monitoring:

• Assess the performance of external valuation providers.
• Provide feedback to the Policy team on valuer performance and potential areas for improvement.

Accountabilities:

• Deliver high-quality valuation services to business units with a consistent and systematic approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate or equivalent field.

1. Audit professional with one or more of the following qualifications:

1.1 Bachelor degree in Accounting;

1.2 Possess CA Singapore Qualifications will be an advantage;
