We are seeking an experienced and visionary Exhibitions Director to oversee and drive the strategic development, execution, and growth of our exhibition and conference portfolio. In this high-impact role, you will lead a dynamic team, manage key industry relationships, and ensure the portfolio achieves its commercial, operational, and content goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

• Define and implement long-term strategies for the portfolio, ensuring sustainable growth and alignment with the company’s objectives.
• Lead market research and industry analysis to identify new event opportunities and enhance existing offerings.

Portfolio Management

• Oversee multiple exhibitions and conferences, ensuring each project delivers value to stakeholders, remains on schedule, and achieves profitability targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, associations, and government bodies to strengthen the portfolio’s reputation and market position.

Commercial & Sales Leadership

• Drive revenue generation through comprehensive sales strategies, including exhibitor and sponsorship campaigns.
• Lead the sales team and external agents, ensuring targets are met or exceeded and sales pipelines remain strong.
• Oversee rebooking processes and maintain database accuracy within the company’s CRM system.

Conference & Content Oversight

Position Summary

This position will be responsible to support all aspects of the operation using Warehouse Management System (WMS) to help drive an efficient operation as well as overcoming any system hurdles.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of warehouse cargo.

• Prepare shipping documents and processing of orders.

• Create and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans and expenses.

• Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure readiness of cargo for deliveries.

• Update WMS, TMS on Cargo Status.

• Liaise with customers for all matters pertaining to shipments and deliveries.

• Handle company projects like Kaizen, Lean, improvement, and other adhoc projects

• Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.

Qualification Summary

Experience:

• This position requires minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics industry and License Warehouse.

• Knowledge in permit declarations for both import and export.

• Efficient respond to emails for actions and queries.

Education:

Minimum 'O' levels or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration.

Skills:

• Good working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas – distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, materials management.
