Fratelli Cosulich Singapore Finance team oversee the management and general accounting, treasury and fiscal operations of a set of entities, established in Asia (mainly Singapore and Hong Kong), part of the Fratelli Cosulich Group.

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to support and oversee the above operations, including support to a team of 3 accountants.

The role will be reporting to the Fratelli Cosulich Singapore Finance Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Review and approve monthly GST report that is prepared by an accountant

2. Reconciling monthly balance sheet accounts to process rebilling to third parties and support the accountants when there are questions arise

3. Prepare FRS116 schedules when there is lease renewal

4. Conduct regular ledger maintenance

5. Prepare reports for intercompany rebilling

6. Account payables and receivable for Singapore and Hong Kong entities

7. Assist and guide the daily account operation for the assigned entities

8. Work closely with the team of accountants and provide support by addressing transaction-related queries as needed

9. Assist with audit and taxes (such as ECI filing, Corporate Tax filing, withholding tax filing)

10. Check and, if needed, approve the monthly expense claims prepared by HR and ensure costs are allocated properly.

11. Maintain relationships with Auditors, Bankers and third parties by supporting the Finance Manager

12. Assist in month end closing and year end closing of the account

13. Review Fixed assets schedule and monitor the correctness of the file.

14. Maintain proper filing of Loan Schedules for Finance Manager review

15. Monitor bank facilities renewal date and maintain proper filings

16. Support the Finance Manager, as needed, in the preparation of the assigned entities Financial Statements

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• 3 to 5 years of exprience as an accountant or auditor
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience with general ledger operations and administration processes ( i.e. order to cash, procure to pay, payroll, financial reporting, etc)
• Accuracy and attention to detail, solid work ethic
• Certification (i.e. ACCA): qualified or part qualified preferred

They are now looking for Data Center Engineers to join their expanding team!

Location: Tampines

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Standard Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Oversee building and data centre facilities: recording and reporting on the BMS / EMS / Fire D&P / Chiller / Electrical etc
• Administrator for preventative maintenance programs to ensure that equipment are properly serviced & maintained
• Maintain good documentation of facilities and / or equipment maintenance
• Prepare monthly SLA reports for equipment uptime, power usage & temperature readings
• Respond to emergency situation and be on 24x7 standby duty
• Prepared to be on 24x7 standby recall to provide extra manpower coverage when necessary
• Oversee new data centre projects as well as renovation and maintenance to existing space
• Responsible to handle site inspections / audits by external authority (eg. HDB/LTA/NEA/FSB)
• Scheduling and tracking of servicing jobs and vendor management on a day to day basis
• Maintain high customer service level standards
• Managed all facilities contracts

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Building / Facility Management or any other related field
• Min. 1 year relevant experience in Data Centre facility management and vendor management
• Good knowledge in building technology, mechanical and electrical services and facilities management
• Project management is preferred

Job Scope:

• Identifying new market opportunities to support the Company’s growth. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting
• Meeting and exceeding targets in assigned territories
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Attend meetings with customers on their needs and requirements
• Prepare quotations, follow up and close sales
• Visit prospective and new clients to offer the company’s full range of services
• Report regularly to your superior on market/customer/sale movements
• Prepare both technical and commercial proposals for tender.
• Follow up for sign Commercial tenders and proposals
• Following up with clients on overdue accounts or disputes.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Any other duties/assignments from time to time by the immediate superior/or the management

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter
• High sense of urgency and good time management to prioritize tasks
• There would be an opportunity to travel to our offices in other countries to learn.

Location: Lakeside / Admiralty

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
