We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join our team. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in the development and management of Building Information Models (BIM) for projects across various stages, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration among team members.

You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to create detailed 3D models that will be used for design, construction, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models based on project specifications and design requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to integrate various disciplines into the BIM model.
• Ensure the BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and reflect the project’s needs.
• Perform quality control checks on models and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Create and manage drawing sets, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Assist in the coordination and clash detection of various building systems using BIM tools.
• Support the project team in resolving technical issues related to the BIM model.
• Produce project deliverables, including 3D visualizations, reports, and schedules.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay current with BIM industry trends and software advancements.
• Other project related duties and ad-hoc working may be directed by the Supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience working as a BIM Modeller, preferably in the construction or architectural industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, and design standards.
• Experience in model coordination and clash detection.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of additional software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Enscape is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate the project and lead the kick-off meeting
• Organize and lead requirement gathering sessions
• Ensure the proposed solution meets customer requirements
• Oversee the project timeline, including detailed scheduling for activities such as requirement gathering, training, and UAT sessions
• Coordinate with vendors regarding timelines, billing, and delivery
• Monitor hardware procurement progress
• Address project challenges, including delays, quality issues, and scope creep
• Hold regular meetings with the customer, if applicable
• Ensure a smooth handover to the Support Team
• Manage billing with both vendors and customers
• Coordinate resources for on-site support
• Maintain team morale when facing challenges

Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree of IT or business discipline, or background in technology environment delivering solutions or projects
• Proven project management skills with a track record of successful project deliveries
• Strong coordination and communication abilities to manage team activities effectively
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and time management skills
• Results-driven with strong analytical abilities, capable of diving into details to ensure project progress
• Proficient in reporting and documentation, ensuring clear, timely communication among stakeholders
• Passionate, able to multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle urgent requests while maintaining a process-oriented mindset
• Technical skills or background in networking and systems are a plus
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required
• Required skills include familiarity with WMS, ERP systems such as SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, TMS, etc.

• The Senior Audit Associate operates in work contexts that are less standardised and unanticipated changes can be frequent due to changes in the external environment.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for leading a team in the management of warehouse operations to achieve the operations key performance index and the required service standards. This may include managing the warehousing and inventory management system, physical distribution operations, implementing logistics technology, customer liaison and relationship, organization development and training.

Primary Responsibilities

• To lead and manage at least one operation of company’s logistics operations (Warehousing & Transportation) including monitoring and achievement of Operation Key Performance Index i.e. Order Accuracy, Safety, Housekeeping and Security of Operation, Warehouse turn-around-time, Billing and documentation, Inventory Management (Control, Accuracy and level), Overtime Ratio & Labour Productivity.
