Key Responsibilities:

1. Asset Management

• Having ownership of the operating and financial performance of assets under his / her charge.
• Working with the Asset Management team to implement repositioning / enhancement opportunities to maximise asset values during the investment hold.
• Performing ongoing financial analysis to support asset management and divestment decisions.
• Managing the external asset / fund managers in charge of his / her assets.
• Supporting the Finance team on loan compliance and refinancing matters for assets under his / her charge.

2. Divestment

• Keeping current with market transactions and divestment opportunities.
• Supporting the Asset Management team in the divestment underwriting and deal execution.

3. Others

• Supporting other group initiatives (eg. sustainability, cap rate outlook).
• Monitor the space and investment market trends that are relevant to assigned asset classes and market regions (including new markets such as Europe).
• Part of an ESG team that drives the company’s sustainability targets.

Requirements:

· Degree in Finance, Business, or Real Estate from a recognised educational institution.

· Min 3-5 years of working experience in Real Estate, Finance or Investment related industry.

· An independent self-starter with a high level of initiative, sound business acumen and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Highly analytical and proficient in property related cash flow modelling.

· Experience in implementing sustainability initiatives is advantageous.

· Knowledge of European real estate markets, along with the ability to speak one or more European languages is advantageous.

Job Summary

The Head of Business Development will be instrumental in shaping and executing the strategic growth initiatives for our digital media business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Head of Business Development will focus on expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and establishing key strategic partnerships. Job Profile Summary

The TMT & Healthcare sector cluster with ING Wholesale Banking has the mandate to develop wholesale banking business for ING in these two sectors globally. Job Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate is expected to work with team members including senior client relationship managers/deal principals and other stakeholders to provide all coverage support necessary to originate business with clients and ongoing client relationship management. The work envisaged encompasses developing client (prospect) databases, providing origination support to senior bankers including working on pitches and proposals, assisting with deal structuring, credit analysis, assisting with industry/sector review papers, and contributing to credit packages, working with ING systems and helping with internal approval processes. Networking with various external parties/clients and working closely internally with other product partners and country relationship management team is required.

What we're looking for:

The key requirement for this role is to be able to provide/manage client relationship management support, with the potential to develop over time to a senior client relationship management role and leading a deal team. Strong analytical skills are required, together with the ability to work within a cross-product team. Credit experience is preferred, together with an understanding of documentation and ING systems. Sector experience preferred, but we would consider candidates with experience in other sectors or products.

• Graduate or post-graduate degree holder in Business/Finance/Economics or other relevant disciplines.
• 3-6 years of investment / corporate banking experience (or other relevant field).
