Duties and Responsibilities
Design, develop and implement Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes, ITAM modules within ServiceNow platform and integrations with external systems based on customer requirements.
Implement considering ServiceNow best practices and standards.
Design and develop extensions to ServiceNow data model in support of requirements towards AMDB and CMDB, SACM and other modules.
Review and refine designs for usability, reviews testing scenarios and refines test cases, to ensure applications quality and works with users to review test results to ensure they meet expected results.
Provide 2nd/3rd level ServiceNow support, resolve incidents/enhancements/defects writing, debugging, and testing using a mix of JavaScript and server-side Java.
Produces and maintains detailed system documentation, including design specs, solution proposed, unit testing, tech notes, etc.
Required Qualification and Experiences
2-3 years of ServiceNow development experience
Currently has the following valid ServiceNow certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management
ServiceNow Micro-Certification – Flow Designer (preferred)
ServiceNow Micro-Certification – Performance Analytics (preferred)
ServiceNow Micro-Certification – Application Development Process Creator (preferred)
ServiceNow Micro-Certification – Citizen Developer Application Creator (preferred)
