SPH Media’s Content Lab is looking for an exceptional talent to join our award-winning content marketing team as Senior Video Producer. This role manages, facilitates and creates innovative and effective branded content across SPH Media platforms, Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook and more.

The right person for this role has a passion for telling visual stories with heart, innovation and charm. You are responsible for driving all stages of the content marketing video process, from concept and scripting, to managing production and post-production. Content Lab’s video output exists in a range of genres and formats, including documentary-style films, motion graphic videos, explainers, animation and creative short stories. Our client list is diverse, and so is our content.

The role requires a strong sense of experimentation, adventure and playfulness. You must be an experienced idea generator who is passionate about developing stories that resonate with audiences – always with an eye on the larger goals of the content campaign and how each video impacts the intended KPIs. You are skilled at writing and shaping narrative arcs both on paper and in the edit room, and have experience revising scripts and reviewing edits.

Content Lab works with an army of freelancers to bring our concepts to life – you and a team of producers run the show, on time and on budget. Experience with project management and overseeing many moving parts, assignments, and deliverables at once is essential. You must be able to work well as part of a team. Requirements:

Work Days & Hours:

• Weekdays (Wed to Fri): 12pm - 9pm
• Weekend (Sat & Sun): 8.30am - 6.50pm
• Monday & Tuesday Off

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processing (Interview arrangement, on-boarding arrangement)
• Assist in payroll functions
• Manage employee leave record and prepare leave report if required
• Manage claims with government authorities ( CCL, Maternity, Levy Waiver, etc)
• Handle the medical claim & employee travel allowance
• Group Insurance sourcing & renewal
• Handle Work Injury Compensation case
• Organize, execute & plan for budget for employee welfare programs (company events & bonding activities)
• Conduct orientation for new staff & Worker
• Administer and process training request
• Liaise with vendors and maintain training records
• Process and Submission of CET
• Application of government training grants
• Handle employee complaints, concerns, and disputes
• Handle Man-Year (MYE) application and PA application
• Work closely with managers/superior to provide advice, assistance and follow-up on employee inquiries relating to administrative support, employee benefits, HR policies and practices
• Abreast with MOM, BCA or other government authorities initiatives and news release
• Ensure compliance of regulations with MOM, WDA and other agencies
• Manage the Staff Employee Handbook and Human Resource Manual
• Provide assistance and administrative support to any other HR project and duties as assigned
• Other duties as necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
• Min 5 years of related working experience
• Prefer working experience in Construction field
• Full Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and manpower regulations
• Matured & meticulous personality and able to handle confidential matters
• Independent, resourceful and responsible
• Passionate about HR work, highly self-motivated and a team player
• Must be bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking internal/external personnel
• Willing to travel oversea

Responsibilities:

1. Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely filing of various tax returns, including corporate, individual, and GST.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
3. Client Advisory: Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on tax planning and financial matters.
4. Research & Analysis: Stay updated on tax regulations and industry trends; conduct research for complex tax issues and provide comprehensive analyses.
5. Audit Support: Collaborate with the audit team to facilitate smooth audit processes for clients.
6. Documentation: Maintain organized and detailed documentation of financial transactions and client interactions.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Accountancy or equivalent.
2. Professional Qualification: Working towards being accredited as a Tax Advisor in Singapore.
3. Experience: No minimum number of years of experience in tax and accounting roles.
4. Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software, advanced Excel skills, and a strong understanding of Singapore tax laws.
5. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex tax concepts to clients.
6. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
7. Initiative: Proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in staying updated on industry developments.
