THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Event Executive will have logistical responsibility for several events per year including conferences and meetings of varying scale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable to lead the design and architecture of broadband and network infrastructure solutions for our clients. This role demands extensive expertise in the design of WAN and LAN networks including Internet and private links, firewalls, routers, LAN equipment and WiFi. The architect will work closely with clients

and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of network solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect solutions for broadband and private lines tailored to client
• requirements, focusing on security, scalability and reliability.
• Develop end-to-end network infrastructure solutions covering LAN and WAN
• architectures, VPN and SDWAN.
• Conduct site surveys at client locations to identify the most appropriate technical
• solution.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to assess client needs, provide strategic
• guidance, and create compelling proposals and technical demonstrations.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear, client-focused solutions and
• designs.
• Lead solution development, ensuring adherence with industry standards and best
• practices.
• Perform technical assessments and feasibility studies to guide solution designs.
• Work with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and installation
• of network solutions.
• Provide technical expertise to support other team members and clients.
• Actively explore new technologies and methodologies in network and telco
• solutions, recommending enhancements to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead pilot projects and proof of concepts to evaluate emerging solution, ensuring
• alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Drive the technical aspects of tender responses including detailed diagrams and
• comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and other teams to craft compelling and compliant proposals
• that meet client requirements.
• Ensure solutions are well-documented and aligned with tender specifications
• including technical standards, service levels and compliance requirements.
• Conduct technical presentations and clarifications to clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Information Technology,

2.Attend all rehearsals and work with the band members and all the singer

4.Keep and update all weekly selections of the least 20 songs for routine performance

5.Memorize lytics and routine of song selection for optimal performances standards

6.Recruit and interview all the new performance artiste

7.Interpret all music or dance and perform production

8.Guide and advise artiste to improve on the stage

9.Discipline problematic artiste
