What Will You Do?

As a System Analyst (MuleSoft), you will provide architectural oversight and ensure best practices in the delivery of integration services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to validate and gather business requirements, ensuring alignment with the project’s goals and objectives.

• Providing architectural oversight to ensure best practices in the delivery of integration services.

• Creating and utilizing patterns and frameworks as part of an overall software architecture blueprint.

• Designing integration solutions tailored to the organization’s needs, including understanding business requirements, selecting appropriate MuleSoft components, and crafting an architecture that ensures scalability, flexibility, and security.

• Developing and executing API strategies, defining standards, best practices, and guidelines for API development to promote reusability and consistency across the organization.

• Establishing integration governance policies to maintain the quality and consistency of integrations, including defining data mapping standards, error handling procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Optimizing integration performance by monitoring system health, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements to ensure optimal data throughput and response times.

• Documenting integration solutions, creating API documentation, and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure that expertise is transferred to the broader team.

You will be a Great Fit if you:

• Strong background in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience working with relevant integration tools such as middleware, ESB, ETL, and API Gateway.

• Extensive hands-on experience (at least 3 years) in design and execution of medium and large-scale MuleSoft implementation and support projects, including core components and capabilities such as ESB, APIM, Flex Gateway, Anypoint Monitoring, Filtering & Exception Handling.

• MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect (MCPA) certification preferred.

• Proven experience with designing and implementing large scale MuleSoft integrations in multiple hosting and deployment architectures.

• Strong understanding of designing integration solutions that meet business requirements and ensure scalability, flexibility, and security.

• Ability to develop and execute API strategies, promoting reusability and consistency across the organization.

• Experience establishing integration governance policies, including data mapping standards, error handling procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Proficiency in optimizing integration performance by monitoring system health, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements.

• Strong documentation skills to create integration solutions, API documentation, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

General Purpose

Monitor and control warehouse inventory by overseeing, directing and coordinating the movement of supplies, products and merchandise into and out of the warehouse to both internal and external parties.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

• coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory deliveries
• assign delivery/pickup stations
• oversee and assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries

Education and Experience

This role primarily supports SEA financial forecast and Business Finance activities. The employee will support various aspects of the business financials to enable better decision making and improve the financial positions with analysis, management reporting, and financial operations. The role also supports regional SOX controls & enhancements for the CSBG business.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze and business partnering with operations to present financial information in a timely manner to enable decision making and meeting the financial accountability of the organization to various stakeholders.
• Responsible in forecast inputs, analysis and period close journals of revenue, costs, spending to ensure high level of accuracy between forecast and actuals. Recommend financial solutions to improve profitability, AR collectability and ease of revenue recognition. Involve in Business Finance Operations: AR collection, manage revenue rebate programs, and resolve issues relating to GST, rebates, that may implicate AR / Revenue recognition.
• Compliance analysis and reporting relating to regional SOX controls of customer transactions in Spares, Upgrades, Services & Reliant system businesses. Drive regional SOX controls enhancements for CSBG business.
• Undertake streamlining projects and initiatives involving systems improvement, reporting improvement.
• Matrix accountability to respective supervisor.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Accounting / Finance or Business Degree with Finance modules

Work Experience

• At least 10 years of Finance / Accounting experience with > 5 years of recent experience in Analysis & at least 1-2 years handling SOX tasks.
• Experience in supporting business finance operations (Revenue Recognition, manage rebate programs, AR collection, etc.)
• Past experience in systems improvement or streamlining projects would be advantagous.
• Audit background preferred and/or good knowledge of US GAAP and Singapore FRS.

Requirements
