• Oversee the product “Identity”. Some examples of the data you’ll manage would be: medium description, product weight, instruction sheets and products images (both 2D and 3Ds).
• Work closely with both the technical team in charge of product development and the Schneider web team. Some of these assets are delegated to subcontractors hence you’ll have to supervise their efficiency to avoid budget wasting and make sure that deliverables are published on time.
• Be a key actor in the creation of a safe and high-quality product by leading the quality process preventing customers to make mistakes when using our products.
• Drive the creation of exciting commercial assets enabling our sales colleagues to successfully convert new customers: customer presentations, leaflets, training content, video
• Work with Schneider advertisement expert teams, giving you a wider exposition while letting you discover even more workings of the big Schneider machine.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Degree qualification in Engineering or its equivalent disciplines
• 5 years’ experience in electronics or electromechanics for products used in an automation system
• Basic project management

• Controlling and directing the food preparation process
• Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer

Job Descriptions:

1. Management reports:

• Prepare monthly trial balance and balance sheet schedules,
• Prepare monthly and quarterly projects’ reports, ie. Payable, Receivable, and cash flow,
• Prepare monthly office cash flow and analyse cash flow balance fluctuation,
• Monitor prepayment schedules and prepare amortisation slips.

2. Review projects payment, receipt and journal slips.

3. Support yearly financial audit, mainly in preparing audit schedules to the external auditors and attending auditors’ queries. Audit schedules, for instance, but not limited to accounts receivable, prepayments, other assets, completed project listing and leases.

4. Assist in a joint venture entity (JV) accounts and GST:

• Prepare GST and file GST returns to IRAS,
• Support JV entity and JV partner’s yearly financial audit, mainly in preparing audit schedules to the external auditors and attending auditors’ queries,
• Placement of time deposit, and
• Renew of business registration with ACRA before expiry date.

5. Support Head Office accounting request as and when.

6. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.
• To have basic knowledge on Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST.
• Preferable to have at least 3 years similar industry experience.
• Analytical thinking, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to commit to deadline set.
• Flexible and willing to learn.
• Good in written and verbal communication skill.

• Able to start working within short period of time.
