Job Description

• Operation of all audio-visual equipment with the aim to provide high quality technical standards
• Setup and teardown of AV equipment, led wall at events
• Setup, program and teardown of analog and digital audio mixer at events
• Setup and teardown of lighting at events
• Serve as sound and lighting technician for events
• Ensure that the audio-visual equipment is tested and in correct working order before use at an event
• Investigate equipment faults and recommend actions to rectify
• Maintain audio visual equipment including routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of video and audio equipment, LED video wall, wireless technology, computers, projectors, and video conferencing equipment
• Coordinate integration with specialty audio visual equipment as needed
• Responsible for cord management & safe set up and dismantle
• Provide regular feedback to Company on communication issues and service improvements
• Liaison with project manager regarding the exact audio-visual requirements for events. This will include assistance with PowerPoint presentations, audio and video conferences

Key Responsibilities:-

1) Handles administrative tasks including scheduling, organizing, record- keeping and handling information flow to ensure smooth running of Sales / Project.

2) Handling the progress schedule of new/ongoing projects

3) Liaise and coordinate with Clients, Sub-contractors, suppliers, and etc., to coordinate the works assigned.

4) Monitor project plans and schedules to ensure it runs smoothly

5) Handle sales inquiries and customer’s request for quotation

6) Other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:-

Possess GCE `O’ level, NITEC or Engineering Diploma.

Knowledge of AutoCad will be an added advantage.

Relevant experience with some technical background in Building Services will be an added advantage.

Computer literate in Microsoft Office application (eg: Words, Excel, Email).

Good command of English (written & oral) and interpersonal communication skills.

Drive company vehicle safely, adhering to all traffic laws and safety guidelines.

• Pick up and deliver items to office / restaurant outlet or other specified locations
• Ensure timely transport of passengers or goods to designated locations while following schedules or routes.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition (e.g., checking tires, fuel, oil, brakes, and lights). Report any vehicle issues to management.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring items are handled and secured properly.
• Follow all safety protocols and comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., hours of service, vehicle weight limits).

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule
