Key Responsibilities

About You

You will report to Service Engineer and be part of the service team. You are responsible to provide technical support for servicing, maintaining and repairing of elevators and/ or escalators as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair the elevators, escalators and mechanical-parking systems that includes checking, oiling, greasing, mechanical adjustment, trouble-shooting, testing of safety devices, inspection and parts recommendation and replacement in accordance to local code of practice
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance of Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures
• Attend to breakdown maintenance calls at various job sites
• Support Service Operations Team to achieve department objectives on service sales targets and service quality standards

Requirement

• Diploma/ Higher Nitec in Vertical Transportation/ Engineering or relevant disciplines
• A valid CoC Certification

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Art Director at Culture Collective. This role is located in Singapore with hybrid work.

Role

The Art Director (AD) is responsible for helping to derive creative concepts and for directing the visual elements of the creative work product from start to finish – generating unique, engaging, and fresh representations for every creative brief.

Having confidence in their skills/stylistic approach and the drive to create new, exciting, and provocative visual experiences, Art Directors work with the design team to solve any creative brief from unique vantage points, often yielding breakthrough work for their clients. The AD creates and then maintains the visual look for all of the work on an account, making sure the project is visually engaging and the selling message is clear, strategically sound, and on brand. Within the media realm, the AD will execute the artistic direction and/or work with other team members to bring the vision for the project to life.

Art Directors are expected to take responsibility for the quality of any artwork, typography, and layout deliverable – ensuring that it meets Culture Collective standards for creative excellence and client satisfaction. They must be strong team players and self-sufficient multi-taskers, full of original approaches and innovative ideas, working alongside visual designers, experience designers, developers, creative directors, etc. Colleagues should be able to trust her/him to act as a confident representative of the team and the work.

An Art Director should possess the ability to work with clients in different industries, adeptly presenting visual executions and concepts in person or other means of communication. They must be able to work comfortably with people from different creative disciplines and with different creative teams. They should also be able to collaborate effectively with producers, and others outside the immediate creative team (e.g., Digital Studio, production vendors).

• Direct and Manage a team of graphic designers and visual artists managing work flows towards deadlines
• Design and direct visually compelling and engaging graphics / artwork for a variety of design techniques and formats for Exhibition Design

Job Description

• Provide day to day customer service support and administrative duties.
• Deal with customers via multiple communication channels such as telephones, email and other CRM tools.
• Provide administrative support for engineering department such as spare parts quotation, service maintenance, preventive maintenance service, service appointments of all engineers and other ad-hoc assignment.
• Post-Warranty Service Contract Proposal to customers.
• Manage the preventive maintenance service by coordinating the customer for the PM schedule and update any changes in the records.
• Follow up with Engineers on open maintenance jobs.
• Review the service reports, process engineering quotation on repair work or spare parts and follow up with customer.
• Request quotation from the third party to do the subcontract work, and provide pricing to customer & certificate follow up.
• Act as the main control person for the receipts of all engineers’ job sheets & customer’s purchase/service order, and forwards to respective teams for further action.
• Monitor and update the job status in AX system, ensuring timely invoicing and job closure with customers.
• Responsible for administration of purchasing third party outsourced service contract with principal.
• Work closely with operations team members to coordinate the delivery and issue the billing with customer.
• Coordinate with sales team to arrange the engineers schedule for installation or service maintenance.
• Record case data and customer information accurately into AX system for ease of reporting and follow-up.
• Arrange service tools calibration and maintenance by the third party.
• Provide the Guarantee and Maintenance (Labour and Comprehensive costs) price in tender.
• Getting all spare parts price list from Principals and convert to local pricing. To provide relevant price list for contract / tender purposes.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior or management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experiences in a similar role.
• Engineering knowledge is NOT required
• Good computer skills. Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

Purchasing & Procurement Operations

• Check, review and process and Purchase Order (PO).
