Job Description

1. Carry out technical work in the laboratory; receive specimens, perform tests orders, review and record test results, and manage specimens after tests have been conducted

3. Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, internal and external quality controls (QCs) requirements; troubleshoot any test non-compliance

Job Requirements

Dim Sum Chef

A Dim Sum Chef is responsible for operating the Chinese / Dim Sum section of the kitchen to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while planning production and developing seasonal offerings.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the quality, consistency, and production of areas of responsibility in the dim sum kitchen.
2. Prepare menu in accordance with quality, availability, and seasonality ingredients and ensure market lists are completed on a daily and weekly basis.
3. Assist in formulating, coordinating, and supervising all menu planning and implementation in the Dim Sum Kitchen.
4. Organize food production in a cost-effective and hygienic manner.
