• Develop and implement audit plans

• Review financial statements and identify risks and areas for improvement

• Supervise and manage audit staff

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Accountancy or related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, or CPA would be advantageous.
2. Accreditation: Recognized accreditation as a Tax Advisor in Singapore or working towards it.
3. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in tax and accounting roles.
4. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of accounting software, comprehensive understanding of Singapore tax laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
5. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex tax concepts to clients and team members.
6. Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to complex tax challenges.
