What Will You Do?

• Develop, maintain, and operationalise a Threat Risk Assessment framework for HDB to identify and mitigate the threats and risks in its IT systems and programmes.

• Work with key stakeholders to ensure high cybersecurity posture of application systems through activities such as the following:
i. Promote secure coding practices.
ii. Review of Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) Cases
iii. Facilitate remediation of vulnerabilities arising from application security testing
iv. Setup DevSecOps through CI/CD pipeline
v. Securing Cloud Workloads
vi. Procure & Maintain Security testing Tools/services to support source code review and VAPT.

• Related works include Threat Risk Assessment, project specific cybersecurity specification, cybersecurity proposals evaluation, cybersecurity design review, System Security Acceptance Test and review, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Test.

• Manage and promote IT security awareness and outreach programme.

• Keep abreast of the latest industry ICT security practices and technologies as well as emerging threats and vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate controls for implementation to improve the enterprise security posture.

A. FUNDRAISING

1. Manage inquiries from individual and corporate donors, sponsors, fundraisers and community partners.
2. Support fundraising administrative duties including preparing funding proposals, donation appeals, appreciation letters/emails, donor reports and management of donor data.

• Ÿ Ensures that lab machinery is operated following established processing, quality, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
• Ÿ Cleans and prepares machinery for efficient changeovers and subsequent compounding & injection moulding process.
• Ÿ To conduct polymeric material testing.
• Ÿ To maintain and upkeep test data, injection moulding process parameter, and all related documents.
• Ÿ Trouble-shoots processing problems to ensure production of quality products.
• Ÿ Keep complete and accurate of process records.
• Ÿ Assists routine maintenance of machinery & auxiliary equipment.
• Ÿ Maintains surrounding work area according to established housekeeping standards.
• Ÿ Complies with established safety policies and procedures.

Job Description

Matrix reporting to the GM and MD, the HR & Admin Manger is responsible for full spectrum of HR and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

It is a stand-alone role, managing HR and people operational activities for a staff strength of about 30 employees including employees relations, performance appraisal, training, hiring and on boarding, payroll administration as well as the maintenance of HRIS system, HR records and documentation.

To manage office and administrative matters.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or equivalent

· Min 6 years relevant experience in HR and experience in payroll administration is a must.

· Proficient in MS office and Access EasyPay Payroll Software (formerly known as Sage Access Payroll Software) is essential.
