Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Counselling or Psychology.

Job Description:

• Perform real-time analysis and trending of security log data from various security devices and systems.
• Maintain data sources feeding the log monitoring system, develop and maintain detection and alerting rules.
• Respond to user incident reports and evaluates the type and severity of security events.
• Execute initial triage of incidents to rule out false positives.
• Identify recurring security issues and risks and develops mitigation plans and recommends process improvements.
• Interpret and apply security policies and procedures.
• Establish escalation processes for security incidents and develops contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures.
• Validate business requirements to align with business/operation needs as well as IT architecture and security standards
• Review the test scenarios and perform mock/sanity test to ensure smoother production implementation
• Perform walkthrough for BAU-related incidents and fix proposal to all stakeholders for review and signoff

What You'll Do:

Develop and implement creative plans that help us hit our goals and keep everything aligned. Oversee daily operations in the events department to ensure smooth sailing for all our events
Review and enhance our processes quarterly to boost efficiency, cut costs, and elevate event quality. Bring your best practices in event management, logistics and resource handling!

Leverage the latest tech and innovation solutions to streamline operations and minimise risks
Oversee the planning and execution of all events, making sure they're on time, within budget, and meet our high standards

Work closely with the general manager, project managers and business development manager to align all event aspects with clients' and organisation goals
Approve and monitor event-related spending and keep our financial records on point. Discover ways to save money without compromising on quality.

Guide and support the project team, providing direction and developing training programs every six months to level up their skills
Conduct quarterly reviews of team performance and give helpful feedback to keep everyone on track

Advise project managers to ensure client needs and expectations are met for every event.
Keep the senior management in the loop about operational performance, including event results, budget status, and any challenges every quarter. Join all post-event meetings with project managers to share insights

What We're Looking For:

8+ years of experience in event management in a fast-paced environment

Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team

Strong project management skills and experience in managing budgets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication skills with a talent for building strong professional relationships and ability to influence colleagues.

• Experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses in B2B environments

Your focus will be Business Development & Partner Management / Account manager. Your responsibilities will include:

● Conducting market analysis and staying up-to-date on market trends to identify new growth opportunities
● Assisting in both prospecting and qualifying both inbound and outbound leads; identifying and developing contacts at the appropriate levels within target prospects
