As a Partnership and Engagement Executive, you will focus on building and strengthening relationships between ZBSchools and educators, encouraging active subscriptions and utilisation of our online portal ZBSchools.sg as a teaching resource. This includes managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as the Ministry of Education, other education institutions and cultural organisations. You will also be involved in commercial projects and partnerships and will be required to create pitch decks, funding papers, and proposals for client engagement and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Educators and Schools Engagement
â—‹ Establish and foster positive relationships with educators to drive subscriptions and encourage the use of ZBSchools.sg for teaching purposes.
○ Conduct regular outreach to schools and educational institutions to showcase ZBSchools’ resources and benefits.
○ Compile and document actionable insights from teachers’ feedback through informal or formal channels (e.g surveys or user interviews)
2. Partnerships Management
○ Serve as the point of contact for ZBSchools’ relationships with key external stakeholders, including the Ministry of Education, teaching organisations and other educational partners.
â—‹ Craft proposals to secure support from relevant agencies or funding organizations .
â—‹ Compile reports, track, and monitor deliverables to ensure that all commitments to stakeholders are met effectively and on schedule.
3. Proposal Development and Client Pitch
â—‹ Develop pitch decks and proposals for client meetings and business development opportunities.
â—‹ Work closely with the editorial team to develop customized pitch materials that emphasizes the value of ZBSchools products and platforms to prospective clients.
â—‹ Track and ensure client requirements are delivered on time
4. Event Support and Representation
○ Coordinate and manage outreach initiatives, workshops, or presentations that promote ZBSchools’ offerings.
â—‹ Craft publicity materials e.g. EDMs and collaterals with inputs from team
Requirements:
â—Ź Degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; minimally 1 year of relevant work experience in the education sector, especially in roles involving stakeholder management or partnership development
â—Ź Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken) as this role supports Chinese publications
â—Ź A keen interest in helping students achieve a strong foundation in Chinese.
â—Ź Ability to design simple EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail) or publicity collaterals for outreach events.
â—Ź Has a willing-to-learn attitude, organised, meticulous, self-motivated and is able to work independently as well as collaboratively with various stakeholders, under tight deadlines
â—Ź Knowledge of the Singapore education system and familiarity with MOE requirements is a plus
